The guest speaker was Dr Judith Gillespie, CBE.

Dr Gillespie is a former senior police officer who has served with the Royal Ulster Constabulary and the Police Service of Northern Ireland. She was Deputy Chief Constable of the PSNI, 2009-14. After leaving the PSNI she served on the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland and the Probation Board for Northern Ireland. She was a member of the Irish Policing Authority, 2016-20. She served as chair of the inter-departmental working group on mother and child homes in Northern Ireland, 2020-21. In 2014 Judith was awarded a CBE. She has an honorary doctorate from Queen's University.
